PROJECT 0: THE TEAM
The team, although selected by a higher authority, elected to work together by choice. Starting with the defining of our team charter, our team has kept a record of all meeting agendas and minutes, with each member doing their part and contributing towards the fulfilment of every task, from memos to reports to presentations. The collaboration has been a smooth one, with any sign of conflict being addressed lest it fester, in hopes of effective teamwork.

PROJECT 1: THE PROBLEM
With guidance from the Qatar National Vision of 2030, my team and I have located a current problem in Qatar with regard to the country's sustainable development: the lack of arable land. We investigated the issue tirelessly, diving in research papers and news articles to get a holistic view of the predicament, tracing its history to the potential causes and aggravators, and looking at the effectiveness of approaches that address the problem from within the country and out of it.

PROJECT 2: THE SOLUTION
As a continuation of Project 1, the team has refocused the issue in an effort to solve it. We identified 3 potential approaches to ameliorate the issue, constructed a decision matrix with criteria based on previously assessed user needs and design constrains to assess each approach, and settled on a solution which addresses the conundrum while remaining true to the notion of sustainable development in Qatar.
